Update June 25, 2008: added more images of females from along the irrigation channel at Bentsen on June 23, at the bottom of the page:

These female Arch-tipped Gliders Tauriphila argo were some of the 10+ individuals seen feeding along the edge of the Tamaulipan scrub forest just south of the headquarters at Bentsen-Rio Grande State Park/WBC on June 18 and 19, 2008 (this species was first found there by Fabrice de Lacour and Ed Lam on June 11) in Hidalgo county, Texas; (click here to see photos of a male in flight from June 15 ):
