These male Black-fronted Forktails Ichnura denticollis were present in the large watery swale below the dam at Lake Balmorhea, Reeves county, Texas on May 29, 2006:
This one below gave me a start until I realized that the "red antihumeral stripe" is actually a quirk of light reflecting from the metallic dorsal surface - in fact you can see a hint of the same effect in the image above:
