These photos are of my first Texas Azure Bluets Enallagma aspersum - with many thanks to Mike Bloodsworth. They were taken at a small pond on private property near Chapel Hill, Smith county, Texas on the afternoon of July 15, 2017. We did a partial count to extrapolate numbers, and estimated that there were +/- 200 male Azure Bluets, plus 6 or 7 females and c. 10 Atlantic Bluets Enallagma doubledayi :
