These Stream Bluets Enallagma exulans were on a small creek west of Texarkana, Bowie county Texas on June 14, 2011:
These not-quite-adult males are from my old yard on Lake Worth, Tarrant county in 2002; note the large blue eyespots, retained immature brown lines in the black thoracic areas, and non-standard pattern to the top of S8 on each of these three individuals:
