This Claw-tipped Bluet Enallagma semicirculare was photographed close to the road bridge over the irrigation channel at Bentsen State Park, Hidalgo County, Texas on December 03, 2010. This (or another nearby) individual was first discovered the day before on the regular Dragonfly Walk at the park, lead by Jim Bangma. This is the second Texas record (the first was found in the summer of 2010 at Hidalgo Pumphouse by Mike Rickard):
