I found a small group of delightful Southern Sprites Nehalennia integricollis
at Double Lake Recreation Area, Sam Houston National Forest, San Jacinto County, Texas on June 19, 2006; they were only in one small section of sedges, despite there being much more of the same habitat available:



This was the only female I saw, while noting at least six males:
