Verde Cocha is a new location for Black-breasted Puffleg; in late June a pair were found on Pugsi Hill, which lies in the upper part of the Lodge property, - here's a lovely portrait of the male perched amid his favorite food plant (photo by Jorge Enrique Maldonado):
