From San Isidro we twice went down to the excellent Loreto Road. There is a steep Ridge Trail at c. km 13,5 that is great for some inside-forest species, but we just birded from the roadside and had some excellent birds (Chestnut-tipped and Golden-collared Toucanets, Coppery-chested Jacamar, Gorgeted Woodstar, Blue-browed Tanager, etc)
