COLOMBIA August 2009

We saw one full adult male plus this presumed adult female Longuemare's Sunangel Heliangelus Clarisse in the woodlands below Paramo Guasca, east of Bogota; sitting haunched like this the white pectoral band is completely obscured (when briefly alert - the hummer, not me - it was clearly seen to be present):
