This Charadrius plover was at Port Aransas on April 20,
2005; note the apparent lack of webbing between the toes, and the black
surrounding the gape-point on both sides of the bill; the bill
pattern and shape are fine for CRPL, but the tiny amount of white
above/back from the eye is wrong for CRPL:
