This presumed Magnificent Frigatebird Fregata magnificens was photographed at Port Aransas Birding Center, Nueces county, Texas on June 27 2004; each image is presented as a pair:- the unchanged original and - because my camera sometimes washes out color/contrast on distant flight images such as these - the "autofix" version via Adobe Photoshop :

Note the following points of interest:
1) the extent of white on the axillaries.
2) the pattern of the head/neck/throat.
3) the apparent brown head color in some images.
