These presumed Siberian Gulls (Larus heuglini) were photographed at Halileh/Bushehr Bay, on the central Gulf coast of Iran in Late February 2000 by Philippe J. Dubois:

I do not feel able to comment on the immatures:

- but the adults in this photo are, in IMHO, a male normal heuglini on the left, with a female (thus smaller) "Big Pale Heuglini" on the right:
note that on the suspected "Big Pale Heuglini", the P10 mirror is much larger than the normal heuglini, with the black subterminal band about half the width of the mirror, and the tail tip falls under the apical spot of P6:_______
- very like the odd Texas gull (also note the head and bill shapes):
