This group of first- and second-basic Herring Gulls (Larus argentatus argentatus/argenteus) were photographed at Milton, central England on March 10, 1999 by Martin Reid; most look closer to argentatus (with perhaps the rightmost resembling argenteus), but they could also be intergrades from northwestern Europe:
