This gull was photographed at Daejin, NW Korea on 17 February,
2000 by Jin-Young Park. :
In the image below, the bird on the left is presumably a 2B Slaty-backed
Gull:
- to me it has some aspects of Iceland Gull (small size, head
shape, general plumage), but the wings appear to be too short
and the body/legs too bulky for ICGU; I would appreciate receiving
comments on this bird that I can share with Jin-Young.
