I feel that this bird on the left is a first-basic Baltic
Gull (Larus fuscus); it was photographed by Arend
Wassink at Ras El Hadd, easternmost Oman in early March 2000.
The birds to the right are "Big Pale Heuglinis"
while those in the background are Great Black-headed Gulls (Larus
ichthyaetus):
