Adult Steppe Gull (Larus (c.?) barabensis). This bird has a rather thick black subterminal band on the bill, but it is rather blurry on the edges - espescially on the lower mandible. A significant minority of birds had this sloping forehead and rounded rearcrown (the majority had a slightly more rounded forehead). Note the unusually dark eye on this individual; it is possible that this is a nominate cachinnans, but the darkness of the mantle and the brightness of the legs and bill are far more typical of most barabensis:
