Bordered Patches Chlosyne lacinia Limpia Creek, Jeff Davis County on August 01, 2004; also saw a few individuals similar to the one above, with no intermediates seen:






This individual was photographed at NABA-IBP, Hidalgo county, south Texas on September 05, 2008; note the lack of any cream/white central or basal markings on the HW above and below:
