These two Zebra Longwings Heliconius charithonia vazquezae were found patrolling the bottom of upper Green Gulch, Chisos Mnts, BBNP, Brewster county, Texas on July 15 (and 16) 2012. Note that one is strongly orange-tinged:

Here is a typical pale lemon-yellow individual; it behaved like a male, patrolling up and down the same stretch of the gully bottom at above head height, occasionally chasing briefly any other yellow-toned butterfly:


The 2nd individual - strongly tinged orange ; it too behaved like a male, patrolling up and down the same stretch of the gully bottom at above head height, occasionally chasing briefly any other yellow-toned butterfly:


A poor photo but it does show the two individuals very close together - the difference in color is striking, as it was in real life:
