These Celia's Roadside-Skippers Amblyscirtes celia are from the LRGV of south Texas:




These three presumed A. celia are rather different from each other - they were all flying on the same morning at Chapeno, just south of Falcon Dam in the upper LRGV of south Texas in early April 2008 (along with a few A. nysa):
- note in this first one the extra white spot at the extreme base of the HW, and the extremely dense pale frosting on the lower rear HW:
