Three male presumed Boreal Whitefaces Leucorrhinia borealis from Alaska; as of July 2007 the only records of this species for Alaska are from the boroughs of Fairbanks North Star and Southeast Fairbanks:-

This was one of three or more males seen at the eastern end of Lake Hood, close to Spenard Road, in Anchorage on July 9 and July 11, 2007:
