Mouse-colored Thistleltail Schizeoaca griseomurina along the road to Cerro Toledo, Loja province, Ecuador; we saw two birds together, and one of them had virtually no eye-ring (two seen at Incapirca near Saraguro both had very weak eye-rings). Note the apparent white dappling on the underparts:
